This is an outstanding company. I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. We had a built-in BBQ and extended counter/bar area built, travertine patio and walkway, fire pit and lighting along the walkway and uplights on plants. We had power and gas lines installed (they handled all of the permitting) and our irrigation system was completely redone. Chuck did an excellent job of creating the design and then working with us to get us what we wanted within our budget. He was honest about telling us what would and wouldn’t work. Very appreciative of his advice. They were able to start the project about a week early, and we were fine with that. Once started, they kept on their timeline and finished on time. The crew was fantastic. They are very hard workers and you could tell that they had certain goals to meet each day, and did. The owner, Jesse, was on site to check in almost every day. The crew arrived on time and cleaned up each day. Jesse also stayed in good communication with us throughout the project so we always knew what was going on. So very happy we chose them and will use them again if we decide to do more.

I can not recommend the team at Desert Crest enough! From the initial design consultation to the execution, everyone involved was timely, professional, efficient and transparent. The design recommendation far surpassed what I could ever envision for our property and their software is great. We had a consultation to review the design that made me feel like a client in an HGTV makeover show. Their proposal and pricing is so detailed that you know exactly what you’re getting and for what price and while we needed to adjust a bit (due to unforeseen circumstances) they were fair to credit us where needed and even when above and beyond in the execution (of some of the project) without nickel and diming us for the extra work. I wish I could include before and after pictures because the transformation of our backyard is amazing- our project included hardscape, a custom firepit, irrigation, planting and sod and not only are these guys quick, the quality of their work is grade A. We are so pleased with our project and this team, we’re already planning the next so if you are planning yours, look no further… Jesse and his team are the best.

What an absolutely amazing experience! We wanted to completely renovate our front and back yards. Jack, Chuck, and Jesse made sure our yard is literally the envy of the neighborhood. The only thing we kept was the mailbox! We had three companies come out to bid the project, and Desert Crest was head and shoulders above the rest. Jack spent a lot of time with us listening to what we wanted. Jack and Chuck worked with us until we had a plan that was exactly what we needed. We felt understood and well guided. Picking out finishes was an easy task – we loved all the options. Chuck designed a fire pit, water feature, artificial turf, putting green, and outdoor kitchen – along with infrastructure drainage, plantings, hardscape, and lighting.

We have not regretted one dollar that we spent. We have used our backyard more in the past 6 months than we have in the past 50 years. I cannot recommend Desert Crest highly enough.

I hired Desert Crest back in April 2020 to build a water fountain feature in my patio, which has been the envy of all my neighbors. I have enjoyed my early evenings relaxing in cooler weather listening to the sound of my waterfall over a glass of wine. Fast forward two years later and I observed the waterfall feature was no longer flowing as it originally did. Something was off and wasn’t sure if it was under warranty. I immediately called Jesse expressing my concerns and he didn’t hesitate to come over to assess what was happening.
