Designs include 3D imaging and videos, a scaled overhead map, drone imaging of the existing property, and a detailed estimate of the proposed work. Once you schedule your project, your design fee will be credited toward your project contract. If you are not completely satisfied with our design service, just let us know and we will give you a full refund.
If you only require an estimate for your project, we will be happy to provide you with one free of charge.

Conception
Step 1
After we schedule your consultation, we will meet with you to establish your wish list and ideal design concept for the space. From there, we will schedule your design or estimate presentation. Using drone technology, the latest measuring tools, and photographs we will be able to construct the most accurate map and 3D renderings possible for your project's design.ย
Design
Step 2
During our initial presentation, we will share the original concept we created for you. We will ask for your input and feedback, for we are able to make any changes that suit your needs in the moment. If a revision requires more time, we will schedule and prepare the design for a follow-up meeting. Reviewing and revising can at times take 1-3 meetings, but once everything is finalized to your liking, we will send you a video link, design images, overhead, and estimate proposal for your project.
Pre-construction
Step 3
At this stage in the process, it is time to get you on our schedule so we can start transforming your property! We will take care of all of your HOA applications, engineering, and building permits. Complete contract paperwork, along with making and finalizing all material sections.ย
Procurement
Step 4
We order all your project materials to make sure we have all that we need in a timely fashion. It is important to us that we complete each and every build with accuracy and efficiency.ย
Construction

Finally! From the start of your project to its completion, you will know you made the right decision to work with us. From our courteous, effective, and hard-working staff, to our knowledgeable, communicative supervisors, you will see why our reputation is well-earned!
Post-construction
Step 6
At the time of completion of your beautiful outdoor living space, we will provide you with a project warranty book. This book will include before and after photos, a detailed summary of your project's phases, warranty information, and maintenance guides. We will schedule a project post-review with you approximately 90 days from completion that works best with your schedule.ย During this review, we will address any items that may need attention, such as shifting or settling of pavers or hardscape items, plants that adjustments or replacements, etc. We make sure your new beautiful living space will stand the test of time!
